Your First Step on the Path to Sucess
As a Genesis CRNA you will have:

Contracted Sites: Placement in a contracted site where you can provide anesthesia as an independent provider but still have the backup of other experienced anesthesia providers available while you learn to practice without someone always "looking over your shoulder" as is common in ACT and other heavily directed anesthesia practices. Sites may be collaborative practices or CRNA only.

Business Startup Resources: W2 employment with benefits or 1099 contract with mentorship in starting your own sole-proprietor company.

Educational Resources: Difficult Airway Courses & Peripheral Nerve Block Training courses and travel covered by Genesis Anesthesia, Inc (for W2 employees) to help increase your confidence and independent practice skillsets.
